We have a new feature for when users are signing up for the SurveySwipe application that requires users to fill out a unique panel access code. This short video shows SurveySwipe in action and how easy it is to create and broadcast your unique access codes to ensure your mobile panelists are being entered into your specific panel from the start.
Special Note: This update affects all current general SurveySwipe app users when they logout or update the application. They will not be able to log back in without their unique access code. Make sure you set up your access code and broadcast it following our instructions ASAP. This update does not in any way effect white labeled mobile panel applications and users.
Watch our demonstration below to learn how to generate a panel access code unique to your panel and how to broadcast that access code to all of your panel users. This access code automatically puts users into your panel from the general SurveySwipe application. Watch below to see Customer Success Team member Greg Bender demonstrate how it all comes together and step-by-step instructions.
Time is money. According to Forrester Research (who covers the tech industry), the initial launch of a mobile application takes at least six months of full time work and cost between $20,000 and $150,000 to develop. That's just for the initial application to launch - often not monetized. The app development process typically involves design, coding, testing, infrastructure building, validation and ongoing project management. There are many toolkits on the market for developers to integrate complex features within an app to save a lot of overhead development time, bug fixing, gain access to something that works and most importantly - save money.
Surveys make it easy to engage with your app users and better develop your app strategy. There are a lot of blanks drawn when trying to guess what features and added values to deliver next. What are people in your app using the most? What provides the highest value? Where can you make improvements? What should you ask next? The SurveySwipe SDK provides an entire library of tools to take advantage of in your existing mobile application. The tools are ready to go and fully developed and are integrated into your app through JSON and API.
Do you have a great mobile application that is highly engaged or are you trying to take your app to the next level? It would be nice to have an easy way to capture feedback inside the app, however - without the time or a large budget it would be hard to build and implement a survey tool that meets your requirements. Using the SurveySwipe SDK you can easily integrate feedback tools into your mobile app without the need to create your own code or spend excessive time on costly development. With the SurveySwipe SDK, all you have to do is concentrate on the right questions to ask and what you are going to deliver to your users next based on the data you receive.
Once the SDK is integrated to your app, your team can program surveys with over 30 mobile supported question types, send push notifications, set automatic reminders, capture user profiles, segment users, and collect information in real time. Other tools included with the SDK include a mobile panel management solution, user diaries, RSS feeds to deliver news and the latest announcements, and even automated points and rewards that you do not have to have a third-party manage. You can easily turn on/off modules that you wish to use in your app. Our advanced analysis tools included allow you to quickly perform text tagging, perform data segmentation, share reports, custom dashboard views, infographics and more. You can also connect your existing Google Analytics account for your app to further understand app behaviors and access all of the data in one place.

Obtaining feedback from smartphone users is now much more simple. The SurveySwipe SDK offers all the functionality of the SurveySwipe mobile survey app in the form of an SDK for embedding in your smartphone application.
Surveys can be authored via the Survey Analytics web based system and then accessed from within your app using the Survey Swipe SDK. Data is also then available instantly using either the Survey Analytics web system or via our data visualization app, SA Viz. The Survey Swipe SDK supports a wide range of question types and leverages Survey Analytics’ established expertise and technology in survey technology solutions on the web and smart phones.
The SurveySwipe SDK also supports branching and complex logic, piping, dynamic text, GPS location data recording and scoring logic. Future versions will support passive data collection from the smart phone OS and external sensor data i.e. temperature.
The SDK integrates can be wholly integrated with any app to quickly provide a comprehensive survey capability with on line access to results in real time. Survey Analytics also has an API capability to allow easy access to the data collected.
The current version of the Survey Swipe SDK supports iOS 6 and above, and Android version 3.0 and above.
